5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. The wagering requirement on the bonus will be ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Funds received as a bonus are not equivalent to cash and cannot be withdrawn before the specified wagering requirement is met.
• Moving from one bonus offer to another is not possible if the wagering on the first has not been completed.
• b44 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus programme at any time.
• Misuse of bonuses — such as claiming bonuses from multiple accounts or through coordination with others — is strictly prohibited.

5.3 VIP Programme

b44's VIP programme has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.5% at Bronze, up to 1.0% at Silver and up to 1.5% at Gold. Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week. Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the member's overall activity on the platform.

The b44 platform offers slots, live casino, sports betting and other gaming services. Each game or betting section has its own applicable rules.

6.1 General Betting Terms

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, b44 will determine the outcome of that round in accordance with the applicable rules.
• In the event of any dispute regarding game records or bet outcomes, b44's server records will be considered final.
• Winnings obtained due to a software error or by mistake may be cancelled by b44 in accordance with applicable rules.

6.2 Sports Betting

Odds in the sports betting section are subject to change, and if an event is cancelled or postponed, the fate of the bet will be determined in accordance with the applicable rules. If evidence of match-fixing is found, the related bet may be cancelled.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Coordinating with other users to take advantage of bonuses or offers.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial transaction.
• Hacking, phishing or any other cyber attack on the platform's systems.

7.1 Account Closure by b44

• For violation of any clause of these Terms.
• If evidence of fraud, deception or suspicious activity is found.
• If it is confirmed that the member is a minor.
• Due to a court order or legal obligation.

7.2 Account Closure by the Member

If a member wishes to close their own account, they may submit a request through b44's 24/7 live chat or email support. It is advised to withdraw any remaining balance before closing the account. As part of responsible gaming, members may also request a temporary or long-term Self-Exclusion.
